A smoothie a day keeps the pounds away!

Thanks to Pinterest and a million health blogs out there, it’s easier to find homemade smoothie recipes that are healthy, taste good and jazz up your eating routine.

The other night I found this post on Pinterest and I must say it is a winner! It’s a nice little breakdown of different kinds of smoothies to make for every kind of occasion from pre and post workouts, detoxes and energy boosts! Plus all the ingredients listed are easy to find — nothing too crazy!

So as soon as I get my blender from home (yes, I got a blender for Christmas and this really excites me!) I’ll be a blending fool with all my smoothies!
